PE PET Bicomponent Spunbond

PE/PP biocomponent spunbond is double-layered sheath-core structured material produced through the spunbond method using PE (polyethylene) as the sheath and PET (polyester) polymers as the core. It has a soft and smooth texture, high temperature resistance, good bulkiness, high tensile strength, wear resistance, good permeability, and is non-toxic, additive-free, and non-irritating.

1. Liquid filters: It is capable of effectively filtering particle and impurities in water, solutions, and other liquids.
2. Medical product filtration: It is used in manufacturing medical products such as disposable face masks, medical protective suits, operating gowns and caps, that requires high tensile strength and wear resistance.
3. Chemical industry: It is used to filter oils, solvents and chemical products that requires good strength and high chemical resistance.

Each roll is wrapped in PE stretch film then in PE bag.
