Wet laid backbone nonwoven fabric is 100% polyester produced through wet process. It is an excellent support material for filter materials.

Our HEPA air filter paper is a composite filter material composed of melt blown and wet laid backbone nonwoven fabric. The wet laid backbone nonwoven fabric serves as a support material, which helps to improve the stiffness of the filter paper, preventing from deforming by the large air volume. The wet laid backbone nonwoven fabric can also reduce the resistance of a whole, thereby the energy consumption of air filters can be reduced. In addition, the whole air filter paper has longer durability because of the high tensile strength of wet laid backbone nonwoven fabric.
