EPDM Sealing Tape

EPDM (ethylene propylene diene monomer) is a type of synthetic rubber that is used in many applications. As a sealing tape, it commonly used in areas such as equipment seals, door and window seals, automotive seals, building structure seals, pipeline connections, etc. EPDM sealing tape has following advantages:

1. Weather resistance and aging resistance: EPDM sealing tape exhibit excellent weather resistance in outdoor environments, being less susceptible to factors such as UV radiation, oxygen, and moisture, therefore maintaining its performance over long periods.
2. Elasticity and resilience: EPDM sealing tape possess good elasticity and resilience, enabling it to return to its original shape after compression, ensuring effective sealing.
3. Temperature resistance: EPDM sealing tape can withstand temperatures within a certain range, typically usable in temperatures ranging from -40℃ to +150℃ (-40℉ to 302℉).
4. Chemical resistance: EPDM sealing tape demonstrate good resistance to many chemicals, allowing it to be used in environments with acids, alkalis, solvents and other corrosive substances for extended periods.
5. Waterproofness: EPDM sealing tape exhibits excellent waterproof properties. Therefore, it can be used in humid environments, preventing moisture from entering the interior of equipment.
6. Insulation function: EDPM sealing tape has excellent electrical insulation properties, suitable for use in electrical equipment or applications requiring electrical insulation.
