XPE Sound Insulation Material

XPE (cross-linked polyethylene) is a commonly used insulation material with excellent advantages in various applications as follows:

1. Lightweight: XPE is a lightweight material with low density, suitable for applications where weight is a concern.
2. Flexibility: It exhibits excellent flexibility, allowing it to bend to fit different surface shapes.
3. Durability: XPE is wear and tear resistant, maintaining its performance over extended periods without deformation or abrasion.
4. Thermal insulation: Due to its fine independent bubble structure, it can effectively reduce energy exchange caused by air convection, which is suitable for thermal insulation in humid environments such as refrigerators, air conditioners and cold storage.
5. Sound insulation: XPE effectively absorbs sound and reduces noise propagation, making it widely used in sound insulation materials in loud environments and equipment such as aircraft, railway vehicles, automobiles and electric motors.
6. Waterproof: Due to its cross-linked structure, XPE is waterproof, making it suitable for applications requiring waterproofing. For example, it is widely used as a waterproof layer for roofs, floors, and walls, effectively preventing water penetration and safeguarding the building structure from water damage.
7. Cushioning: Being a semi-rigid foam material, XPE remains its original properties after strong impacts, commonly utilized in precision instruments, semiconductor packaging, and other similar fields. Additionally, its moldability allows for applications in the production of sports protective gear and leisure products.
8. Eco-friendly: As a new environmentally friendly material, XPE is non-toxic and odorless. It can also be recycling.

Our XPE can be processed to be flame retardant, and can be adhesive-backed. Sizes can be customized.

Each roll is wrapped in PE stretch film then in PE bag.

Our factory is about 5000 square meters, located in Longgang District, Shenzhen, Guangdong, China. We have automated production line conducted and adjusted by our highly professional technical team which has more than 10 years of filter paper development experience. Our factory is equipped with our own testing equipment. These testing equipment covers every manufacturing stage from raw materials to finished products, to ensure all products meet quality standards.
