Water Electret Melt Blown Fabric

Melt blown fabric, passes through a water electret equipment, firstly undergoes a cold water, cooling, the pure water passes through a specific angle, pressure, and flow rate to spray the melt blown fabric. In order to achieve static retention, the static electricity generated by the friction between the water and the melt blown fabric transported through the conductive material in the electret masterbatch and enters tourmaline or zircon. Compared to corona electret melt blown fabric, water electret melt blown fabric is more saturated with static electricity, which leads to a better electrostatic adsorption that presents higher filtration efficiency on capturing airborne particles. The static electricity lasts longer as well. Due to the high electric field, the melt blown fabric can be thinner, which lowers the air resistance.
