In recent years, with the rapid development of China's domestic air purification industry and the rapid growth of market demand, some synthetic fiber filter materials produced domestically have the characteristics of good performance, environmental protection, and strong stability. At the same time, our customers can enjoy products with moderate cost-effectiveness.
3, Glass fiber filter material:
Glass fiber filter materials are mainly made of various glass fibers with varying thicknesses and lengths through special processing techniques. Due to its high temperature resistance, high efficiency, long service life, and environmental friendliness, glass fiber has many advantages. And in certain special environments, only wavelines can handle it. Bag filters and high-efficiency filters widely used in general ventilation systems. Both glass fiber filter materials and synthetic fiber filter materials are mainly imported, and although they have good performance, there is a practical situation of high prices. Imported cotton fiber is actually a new type of filter material composed of chemical fibers and cotton fibers, mainly used for coarse efficiency and pre filtration of general air conditioning systems. It is a completely imported filter material imported from abroad. It has the characteristics of low resistance, large dust capacity, light weight, stable performance, economy and environmental protection. It is an ideal product to replace non-woven fabrics in future filtration equipment.
5, Activated carbon filter material:
The characteristic of activated carbon is to remove odors from the air. Activated carbon filter material refers to activated carbon used in coarse, medium, and high-efficiency air filters.
