Machine Stitched Football Material

We provide PU (polyurethane), TPU (thermoplastic polyurethane), PVC (polyvinyl chloride) material as machine stitched football material, as well as soccer ball and volleyball. All these materials possess good flexibility and plasticity, making them easy to from the required stitching and seam structures in mechanized production processes, resulting in higher production efficiency and suitability for mass production.

Two layers (ball leather + intermediate foam layer) and Three layers (ball leather + intermediate foam layer + base fabric) of lamination are the most common combinations used for machine stitched sports balls. We have different foam materials and base fabrics for our customers to choose from. According to customers' needs, more various combinations can be produced.

Each roll is wrapped in PE stretch film then in PE bag.

Our factory is about 5000 square meters, located in Longgang District, Shenzhen, Guangdong, China. We have automated production line conducted and adjusted by our highly professional technical team which has more than 10 years of sports ball experience. Our factory is equipped with our own testing equipment. These testing equipment covers every manufacturing stage from raw materials to finished products, to ensure all products meet quality standards.
