Hydrophilic PTFE Filter Membrane

Hydrophilic PTFE filter membrane is a special material for water filtration or aqueous solutions filtration. By applying a hydrophilic layer on the PTFE filter membrane using specialized process, it becomes more prone to interact with liquids. This helps to reduce the surface tension of liquids on the material, facilitating a more uniform distribution across the material surface. Hydrophilic layer can reduce the adhesion of PTFE surfaces, minimizing the attachment of substances such as stains and pollutants, maintaining surface cleanliness. It can also improve the wear resistance of PTFE surfaces, extending their lifespan.

Due to the above advantages, hydrophilic PTFE filter membrane is widely used in many filtration applications which require high performance, corrosion resistance, high temperature resistance, and hydrophilia.
