Primary Efficiency Filter Cotton

Primary efficiency filter cotton is usually used to filter large particles over 5 microns, such as dust and pollutants. Due to the thicker fibers, primary efficiency filter cotton generally presents lower resistance, helps to maintaining smooth airflow. It is typically cost-effective. Primary efficiency filter cotton has relatively lower price, making it suitable for applications where high filtration efficiency is not a critical requirement. With its lower cost, primary efficiency filter cotton has higher replacement frequency to maintain filtration performance.

Primary efficiency filter cotton is frequently used in air handling systems as a pre-filter, it protects higher-efficiency filters by filter large particles.
